I am exploring practical approaches to emotional healing and inner transformation since more than 30 years. Through the Cell-Talk Method I discovered the connection between thoughts, body awareness & internal programming, which I refined over the last 2 decades.

My goal is to help people dissolve repetitive emotional patterns and apply practical ways to shift them toward greater calm, clarity, and fulfillment. My books are a great way of passing on my knowledge and making this amazing technique available to many. Also, I love Numerology and the meaning of numbers (which I studied deeply at the beginning of the 90s) and blend this knowledge into different planner and journals for daily inspiration.
